We provide short-term rental management services, including but not limited to pricing optimization, guest management, property maintenance, and concierge services for BnB owners, small hotels, guest houses, and boutique properties.<\/p>

3. Pricing & Subscriptions<\/strong><\/h3>

Our services are offered based on a subscription model with a monthly fee of \u20ac199 per property, with a one-year commitment. A free audit valued at \u20ac199 (excl. tax) is included with each subscription. Payment terms, including subscription renewals and cancellations, are detailed in the subscription agreement.<\/p>

4. Commitment and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>

Clients are required to commit to a minimum of one year. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, a full refund of the monthly fee is guaranteed.<\/p>

5. Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>

We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

6. Property Management<\/strong><\/h3>

Our property management services include, but are not limited to, yield management, guest satisfaction, and professional maintenance. You agree to provide us with the necessary access and information to manage your property efficiently.<\/p>
